| To qualify for the CenturyLink™ 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee; you must have had residential CenturyLink™ High-Speed Internet service installed at your residence for 30 days or less and complete the satisfaction guarantee request form at least 5 days BEFORE the disconnect date of your CenturyLink™ High-Speed Internet service. | ||
